My
neighborhood was featured in a piece on NPR this morning. I was a little
baffled at how much of the feature they got through without actually
mentioning what neighborhood it was, but there are plenty of clues for
locals to figure it out pretty quickly. I just wish they were more specific.

Living in the same neighborhood, I was particularly interested how they covered all the changes that we've seen recently.

I did like it. I just wish it was more specific. I'd love to know where the sushi place is, for example. I am looking forward to part 2 tomorrow.

The sushi place is right by Mocha Hut. I think it's next to Maggie Moos.

I liked it. I like the fact that they're covering this story. I have to admit that I didn't think any media would look back 40 years and remember the civil unrest aftermath of MLK's death. But both NPR and WaPo have/are covering this story.
