I like eating at Teaism!

I'm in a good mood today, so I'll consider myself tagged and post here for your enjoyment 6 things that recently made me happy:

1. spending all day today working on my bike
2. reading a book called "Body Defenses" to my daughter - it was a way cuter book than its title might suggest
3. knowing I have Monday off to "supervise" the installation of the new furnace my landlord paid for
4. talked to Emily on the phone tonight, she always makes me smile
5. retubing my main amp and enjoying the new tones it gave me to hear
6. listening to the Brian Setzer Orchestra play Christmas music!

I"m too lazy to post in my LJ, but I'll list 6 good things here.

1. Cupcakes!!!!!
2. 100 minutes of cardio.
3. Finished my napkin (pictures as soon as I figure out how to make my camera do macro)
4. Teaching a friend how to knit in 2 hours at Teaism.
5. Lunch with coworkers.
6. A home-cooked meal.

Might be hard to come with 6 right now. I've been in such a black hole lately.

1. Listening to the Kinks.
2. Being in Vermont.
3. Cooking for a crowd, even a small crowd.
4. Having dinner as a family with all 4 of us at the table.
5. Hearing my daughter call David "Dad" which she does a lot lately.
6. Planning what I am going to get for everyone for Hanukkah and Christmas.

1. my 8.5 month old nephew visited me
2. my 8.5 month old nephew smiled when he saw me (multiple times)
3. my 8.5 month old nephew lunged for me to hold him (multiple times)
4. my 8.5 month old nephew got upset when I ducked away for a coffee at the mall and he could not see me. He calmed down as soon as my sister showed him where I was and I picked him up.
5. my 8.5 month old nephew sleeps through the night.
6. spending time with my sis even if she needs to learn how to chill out sometimes
