Found a yarn store today in Tempe. Of course while I was in there for about 2 hours you were constantly on my mind. Remember those evenings in your little upstairs apartment on the Commons.. where we did nothing but knit, watch TV, drink and have silly conversations...
Anyway hope you're having a wonderful evening despite having to stay at work late.
did you get anything? what are you knitting? i was just telling someone the other day how it was such a perfect arrangement when we lived in the same building but not the same apartment. i never had my microwave sullied with bowls of cereal and you could watch cable to your heart's content. plus, I really loved having you there watching tv as I fell asleep. I know, I know, I'm a freak.
but nothing can beat those long weekends where we just lied around, drinking beers and yelling at football and telling each other we're stupid.
Hi Ms Kimberley, I got some lovely yarn - it's hand dyed and from uruguay. It's really soft and has such bright colors. Making some mittens and warm winter stuff for the lil sis.
Finally found a good yarn store in AZ so I'm rather excited - spent too much excited.
Anyway hope you had a great weekend and yes, those were good days, great apartments, now we just need to find similar living arrangements somewhere a lot warmer and where liquor is cheap :p
