I never said that I believe a crime was committed - other than the crime of being incredibly stupid, which seems to go along with being in college at times. I just feel that we will never know what DID happen. The waters are too muddy now. There was a rush to judgement, there were too many slurs launched against the young woman, there was an over-zealous prosecutor who thought he could use this case to get re-elected. In all of this, I think the real facts are completely lost, overlooked and considered by many to be beside the point.
