Although there are several things this note might cause one to contemplate, the first thing that came to this pedant's mind was that "I think I may need a bathroom break" is not a question. It's a declaration.
Now I don't feel so bad about spending an entire week's lesson in a grammar supplement I recently penned (or tapped out, if you will) for high school students explaining the difference between declarations, exclamations, and questions.
