I'm a reasonably intelligent girl.
I may be forgetful and spastic and even kind of a scatterbrain at times, but I can usually work my head around concepts.
This, however, has me baffled.
Can anyone out there explain to me how extending daylight saving time will cut down energy consumption?
Additionally, i am sick again. I am sorry, but someone will have to pay. It may well be one of you.
