Mornings in May
Seems like just mentioning previous bouts of insomnia to someone is an invitation to revisit it.
I was up up UP this morning at 4:30 for no reason, and I didn't really get back to sleep. (well, until about 6:20, and I get out of bed at 6:30. Cruel.)
I ran into my neighbor outside, who was wiped out, and I confessed to her that I had just told my coffee, "I love you." "Mine's brewing," she mumbled from under her baseball cap as our dogs wrestled.
It's a beautiful day. Time to put on a red suit.
