There's a big difference between thinking that the Constitution doesn't guarantee a "right of privacy" as the federal courts have used it to substantiate things like the right to contraception or the right to abortion - and thinking that you have no privacy in your home whatsoever. We do, after all, still have a Fourth Amendment protecting us against unreasonable searches and seizures.
